Just picked up some dinner for the family at Golden Buddha. Never had any issues as all the other reviews are saying. This place has been around ever since I was born (30yrs) and foods are pretty consistent. Highly recommend the combination plate and must add egg rolls! I love coming here after church with my family on the weekends. It honestly hurts to see all the other people are so negative on these reviews. Its my favorite Chinese restaurant in Jefferson county and I hope they continue their great service!
We just picked up food and got home. 2 Egg soup, crab ragoon, and green pepper steak. Some people may had different experiences here but my dad and I come here almost 3 times a month and they refer us by our name. I like how comforting this place is for us. I wouldn’t trust any other chinese restaurants in the area. We went to one a little out of town and got dim sum and got sick the next day.
Absolutely love this place. I always call my order in because I live 15 minutes away & my food is always fresh & done by the time I get there & the food is still hot by the time I get home, they are super friendly & fairly priced. Only thing I don't like is the price of crabragoon it's 9 for 6 b4 taxes so after taxes it's like 10. Anywhere else I can get 7 crabragoon for 3 to 4. 9 is way too high
First time here and it was soo good!! Service was good! My general Tso’s chicken was nice and hot!! Will be back.
The food is just awesome. The hospitality is awesome. On a scale 1 to 10 I give it a 20 the best ever. I drive all the way from Mount Washington just to eat right here with you guys. You all are the best
While we were out shopping we decided to stop someplace in that area to eat. Chinese sounded good and we saw this place, and so the Chinese was good. I like this restaurant better than any of the ones around my part of town. We are definitely planning on revisiting soon. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. The servings were good size portions as well.

I have been going to Golden Budda for 40 years and I can't recall ever having an issue with ANY of my orders! Always smiling faces and very pleasant atmosphere! Fast service and very good food, consistently! Worth making a visit to this restaurant if you enjoy Chinese food! They have the best ham fried rice and chicken fried rice. Their chicken rice soup is very good as well, you'll be surprised by how much white meat chicken comes in the soup, I know I was! I enjoy those dishes and their General Tso Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken and the War Su Gai. Their batter fried shrimp basket is really good too, 21 pieces of shrimp with french fries. Great people and they are always deserving of a good tip! Y'all enjoy! Dave
